ICSI is striving to help stakeholders in health to achieve the Triple Aim of improving population health, the patient’s experience of care, and the affordability of care. As part of that effort, it is providing information on regional activities addressing “Total Cost of Care, “ which is the measurement of per patient costs across the continuum of care services provided for a condition or episode of care.
