Welcome our Newest ICSI Member
The membership committee of ICSI's Board of Directors has approved Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN as a provisional member. Lakewood is comprised of a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and primary care clinics in Staples, Browerville, Eagle Bend, Motley and Pillager. Lakewood Health System is currently implementing quality improvement activities to qualify for full membership.

Responding to attendee feedback, we are moving to a new location — the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, MN. We are also pleased to announce that in an effort to bring you the most inspiring, informative and practical program possible, we are issuing a call for speakers for the first time. Increasing Colorectal Cancer Screening:
How the Mayo Clinic Exceeded 80 Percent

Like many Minnesota medical groups, Mayo Clinic has aggressively promoted preventive colorectal cancer (CRC) screening for its patients. On this free American Cancer Society webinar, Mayo Clinic physicians will outline the replicable strategies that Mayo Clinic practices implemented to achieve a CRC screening rate of 82.2 percent.
