Verify here	Career opportunities Action Group Facilitator ICSI has an opportunity for an experienced professional to facilitate ongoing "learning forums" for teams of physicians and other healthcare professionals in sharing quality improvement practices. Responsibilities include identifying successful strategies and developing a curriculum of visiting speakers, training in quality improvement methods and facilitated discussions. Qualified candidates will have experience with training and facilitating mid-size (20-40) groups, 2 or more years experience working with physicians and healthcare management professionals, knowledge of quality improvement methods, and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health care field or training/organization development.
