In today's health care environment, quality improvement is both foundational and essential. In this day-long workshop, you'll learn the key elements of quality improvement the ICSI way.

This session will include practical basics such as Aims and Measures and the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycle, and we'll also cover the adaptive work, communications and change management considerations necessary to make it stick and remain embedded in your practice. This will be an interactive session with time to learn using your own quality improvement focus areas or case studies. It is highly recommended to bring your quality team to this event to learn and work together.
