Verify here	Translation of ICSI Health Care Guideline for Patients ICSI has developed a version of the health care guideline "Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus" that translates medical terminology into commonly used and easily understood English. It is intended for patients, their families and/or caregivers, and other individuals who have little or no health care training. The medical terms used in this document are followed by italicized statements in parentheses that explain the meaning of the term.
