Guideline Work Group Recruitment
Have you ever participated in an ICSI guideline work group? We are looking for participants for the following:
1. Perioperative Protocol: We plan to revise the perioperative protocol, with an exclusive focus on preoperative management. Other components of the protocol will be retired. Our goal is to begin the revision in late September/early October and anticipate six monthly meetings which can be attended in-person or by conference call.
2. Colorectal Cancer Screening: The American Cancer Society recently came out with new colorectal cancer screening recommendations, which recommends screening start at age 45 for average risk patients rather than age 50 (as recommended by United States Preventive Services Task Force). ICSI would like to convene an expert work group to write a commentary on this new recommendation. We request participation in two meetings (two hours each) in September/October.
Please contact Jodie Dvorkin (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are interested in joining either of these upcoming work groups.
