ICSI is also helping clinics implement the SBIRT program for patients with risky substance use behavior. This integration of mental health and primary care is enabling the development of medical homes and accountable care organizations.

DIAMOND for Depression

The DIAMOND program uses a team-based model to care for patients with depression in primary care.

Risky Substance Use (SBIRT)

The SBIRT program screens patients for risky substance use and, depending on severity of usage, provides education to change behavior or refers patients to support services.
