Event Registration/Refund Policy
Registrations are confirmed by reservation with credit card or for registrations which promise to pay by check. Registration must be confirmed seven (7) days prior to the event start date to guarantee class enrollment. Payments by check must be received on or before the event start date to avoid charges on credit. Cash payments are not accepted.
Customer Cancellation and Refund/Return Policy
Customer is entitled to cancel their registration with no penalty if written notice is received at least seven (7) days in advance of the event start date. Customer will receive a full refund within 30 days after receipt of the written cancellation notice. No refunds/returns will be given for cancellation notices received less than seven days prior to the event. ICSI Cancellation Policy
ICSI reserves the right to amend or cancel the date and time of an event and will do so by contacting customers seven (7) days prior to the event start date. There may be circumstances out of ICSI's control that do not allow seven days notice, and such circumstances will be handled with a professional manner on a case-by-case basis. ICSI is not responsible for any loss incurred by customer as a result of rescheduling or cancellation.
