CentraCare Clinic Women & Children participated in ICSI's Change Action Group #2 with a specialty team representing OB/GYN and Pediatrics departments. CentraCare Clinic Women & Children had decided to implement Family Centered Care after positive outcomes we observed in the pediatric department at the hospital. In review of the literature, CentraCare staff discovered that there were no models for Family Centered Care in an outpatient clinic setting.
