Too often we focus on the science of improvement, only to realize that our challenges are relational; we know what we want to do, but how get people to do it is the problem. In this session you’ll learn simple tools that will help your engagement conversations go further faster. Participants will explore simple, but powerful activities based on design thinking, appreciative inquiry and liberating structures that are ideal for cultivating ownership in projects as you work to co-create solutions.
